Returns will be accepted with a return authorization number only.  Return must be within 30 days of received date.  May be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Products returned must be received in a sellable condition.  Credit will be issued for amount of purchase less any damages incurred by buyer.

Seller’s and manufacturers only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proven to be defective.  Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or inability to use the product.  Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.  Statements or recommendations not contained herein shall have no force or effect unless in an agreement signed by officers of seller and manufacturer.
