ERGO-CHIEF

The Ergo-Chief is a motorized lift column with a 2 axis positioning for workload up to 400 lbs.  It is a rotational ergonomics work positioner that provides work height adjustment as well as full 360 degree variable, bi-directional speed rotation, that provide a productive work position for both left and right handed operators.

A state-of-the-art Regenerative Electronic Control System assures infinitely variable speed rotation and safe, smooth rotation reversal at any time.

The round top mounting plate features eight concentric radial mounting channels for easy attachment of user applied tooling, parts etc. An optional rotary ground system offers safe ground for welding operations.The operational work height adjustment and rotation start/stop are controlled from two independent foot pedal controls. Rotational direction and speed is adjusted from the control panel

ERGO CONTROL

The Ergo-Control is a unique 3 axis programmable work positioner that offer superior productivity efficiencies in any positioning application and production run, and therefore provides for short payback periods.

The user is always provided a correct optimized work sequence that suits each work condition and operator needs, together with a safe and easy product handling. The "L" shaped arm of this ergonomics work positioner makes it possible to always reach any surface of the work piece in a comfortable working position. Even turning a work piece upside down is now easily possible. ERGO CONTROL The Ergo-Control is a unique 3 axis programmable work positioner that offer superior productivity efficiencies in any positioning application and production run, and therefore provides for short payback periods.

Programming:
The programmable control system requires no programming skill to operate and has the capability to store work programs for 100 or more individual work pieces all easily accessible for immediate efficient operation. Programming is easy, just move to desired position and press the programming button. The position is stored in memory. Repeat the procedure to the last position in the work sequence.

Operations:
Each time the foot pedal is pressed the work piece is moved to the next pre-programmed position. 

ERGO I

ERGO TRANZ

This is a compact, light weight ergonomics transporter that provides mobility in confined spaces, while eliminating body strain caused by manual lifting and positioning.A single mast offers clear operator view during transport. With an infinitely variable lift speed this ergonomics transporter can be precisely adjusted for any application. This ergonomics transporter will lifts, transport and support up to 600 lbs. It is designed for passage through narrow 24 inch doorways and maneuvering close to, around objects for easy load access. A quick-change lift carriage accepts a variety of end effectors for handling of application tasks including.

ERGO-MASTER

Ergo-Master is an ergonomics work positioner that offers an economical solution in creating a safe, comfortable workplace while reducing the potential for expensive work injuries. The Ergo-Master manual positioner enables the operator to position the work to positions that are suitable for his/her needs. By allowing full flexibility to easily adjust to any comfortable work height, tilt angle and rotation, the Ergo-Master helps provide a safer and more productive work place.

The unique lock mechanism provides and assures the operator a safe movement to any desired position under desired movement friction, without having to hold or balance the work against personal strength or endurance.

Available in bench mount or floor mount configuration with 50 lbs., 150 lbs., 300 lbs load capacities

ROLL-FLEX and ERGO-ROLL

The Roll-Flex & Ergo-Roll are unique conveyor rollers that are used to develop multi-directional conveyor systems. These rollers are structured around the principle of mounting four free turning barrel shaped rollers in a 90 degree staggered pattern around the perimeter of a main wheel hub. This arrangement provides a total of five rotational axles per each wheel assembly.In a paired or duplex wheel configuration, where two wheels are placed side-by-side, a total of 9 individual rotational turning axles allow for easy multi-directional conveyor systems transfer movement.The roller's open construction allows particles or dirt in the use application to gravitate through the roller structure, without causing binding or lock-up of the multi-directional roller function.The roller is made out of self-lubricating plastics, and works equally well in wet application and does not require maintenance or lubrication for long service life.

The roller design provides a large load-carrying surface and is therefore not likely to indent or scratch the material being transferred on it.

The Roll-Flex & Ergo Roll conveyor rollers are available in common axle configurations,  providing easy installation into gravity or motor driven conveyor applications that allows easy development of a multi-directional conveyor systems, where material or packages need to be smoothly and easily transferred, sorted or turned in any direction.
