ERGO-CHIEF

The Ergo-Chief is a motorized lift column with a 2 axis positioning for workload up to 400 lbs.  It is a rotational ergonomics work positioner that provides work height adjustment as well as full 360 degree variable, bi-directional speed rotation, that provide a productive work position for both left and right handed operators.

A state-of-the-art Regenerative Electronic Control System assures infinitely variable speed rotation and safe, smooth rotation reversal at any time.

The round top mounting plate features eight concentric radial mounting channels for easy attachment of user applied tooling, parts etc. An optional rotary ground system offers safe ground for welding operations.The operational work height adjustment and rotation start/stop are controlled from two independent foot pedal controls. Rotational direction and speed is adjusted from the control panel

ERGO CONTROL

The Ergo-Control is a unique 3 axis programmable work positioner that offer superior productivity efficiencies in any positioning application and production run, and therefore provides for short payback periods.

The user is always provided a correct optimized work sequence that suits each work condition and operator needs, together with a safe and easy product handling. The "L" shaped arm of this ergonomics work positioner makes it possible to always reach any surface of the work piece in a comfortable working position. Even turning a work piece upside down is now easily possible. Programming:
The programmable control system requires no programming skill to operate and has the capability to store work programs for 100 or more individual work pieces all easily accessible for immediate efficient operation. Programming is easy, just move to desired position and press the programming button. The position is stored in memory. Repeat the procedure to the last position in the work sequence.

Operations:
Each time the foot pedal is pressed the work piece is moved to the next pre-programmed position.
